Before the Ball

Alice was so excited about the ball she decided to go ahead and pop over at Rex's house. She looked around the apartment she had never been to before. She liked the way Rex's apartment looked so big on the inside. She listened around to find out where Rex was, she heard him in his bedroom. "He must still be getting ready, and they say girls take so long to get ready," she thought about Rex. SHe giggled to herself and walked over to his couch. She sat down on it while she waited for Rex.

Rex thought he heard something in the room sso he hurried to finsh getting ready. Once he had finished he walked into the kitchen to get somehing to eat real quick. To his surprise, Alice was sitting on his couch. "What are you doing here already?" He asked her althought he could prattically feel her excitment.

Alice just shrugged and laughed at his expression. "Couldn't wait," she said offhandly. She got up off the couch and walked over towards him. She looked at what he was wearing, "You look handsome." She placed her arms around him neck and gave him a gentle kiss. "How has your day been so far?" she asked him with her arms still around his neck.

Rex loved the feel of Alice in his arms. "Better now that you're here, Beautiful," His warm smile huge. "You hungry?" he asked, hearing his own stomach start to grumble. He let go of Alice, his stomach's needs out winning his heart's wants, and walked over towards his kitchen.

Alice couldn't stop the blush from coming at Rex's comment. When he mentioned food, she realized she was a little hungry. She walked over to the kitchen with him, grabbing his hand as she went. "So what all do you have to eat?" she gigled, as he leaned over to lookin the fridge, still holding her hand.
